The Center for IDEAS (Inclusion, Development, Equity, Advocacy and Support) is a community group led by professionals from the Mass General Brigham emergency departments. Its website describes the center’s mission and committees, its People, Opportunity, Purpose series, and the IDEAS grants it awards each year.
